The focus of activity is towards junior & youth from the Sport England Priority Initiative Wards of inner city Plymouth. To provide an opportunity for young people to maintain their interest and continue to develop their skills and confidence through youth work and adventurous water activities. There is a committee, which is made up of young people, as well as adults. It is the committee, who decide on how to run the club at regular meetings. As well as the committee, there are a large number of volunteers who do what they can to help. This can take the form of training, safety or just being there to offer assistance when needed. Most, but not all of our volunteers are parents of children who attend the club.
