We are a strong club with a proud sailing history boasting over 80 years of service to the Lake Macquarie area. With conquests in every major race on Australia's East coast, Lake Macquarie Yacht Club is a well-known stopover in arguably the nation's most popular sailing port. With an absolute waterfront location on the picturesque Belmont Bay, we are the oldest and largest sailing club outside of Sydney. Our club is a regular host to both International and National Sailing Titles. Lake Macquarie Yacht Club is affiliated with Yachting NSW and through them Yachting Australia. We support their policies that aim to ensure the principles of fairness, respect, responsibility and safety. We invite our members to familiarise themselves with these policies.
