History

The club was established in 1926 to promote and encourage yachting and to provide facilities for its members. With two bars, Anchors Restaurant, a marina, slipyard, dinghy storage and ample parking the club provides superb facilities for members and visitors.The club is known as a family club and partners and children are encouraged to participate in club events and activities. Improvements are continually being made to all club facilities and the club prides itself on providing very good facilities at competitive rates.
