Cedar Mills Yacht Club was founded in 1981 by a handful of refugees from Lake Grapevine in Dallas, TX. The mission of the Cedar Mills Yacht Club is to advance the sport of yachting; including sailing, racing, power boating and cruising; to provide good fellowship among our yachting community; encourage good sportsmanship and boating safety; introduce youth to the sport of sailing and boating; provide proper facilities for the use of our members; provide a comfortable home on the Lake for the members and guests of this fine club.
