The Pine Orchard Yacht & Country Club is a private club catering to the social and athletic interests of our members and their families. The Club was founded in 1901 when plans were drawn for the golf course. Around 1917, yachting was added and in the early 1920's, the Clubhouse was moved to its current location. Throughout the years, facilities were added and improved upon. Today these facilities include: a 9-Hole Golf Course, 8 Har-Tru and 2 Hard Tennis Courts, Olympic Swimming Pool, Kiddie Pool, Men's, Women's, Boys' and Girls' Locker Rooms, and a 75-Slip Marina as well as our fine Clubhouse. We have always been a family-oriented club with Junior Programs in sailing, golf, swimming, and tennis.
