The Oakland Yacht Club is a not-for-profit corporation managed by a board of directors elected by the membership. Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, except July, and are presided over by the Commodore. The meetings are open to all members. Many of the various committees have meetings each month prior to the board of director's meeting. The calendar of events provides the dates and times.
