History

Here at York we do both team racing and recreational sailing, we are very proud of this considering our distinct lack of ocean to practice on! Rather than going to the sea, we store our boats on a lake 45 minutes out of York where we train, practice and play around regularly throughout the year. We have fireflies which make our team one of the best equipped Uni teams and ready to expand. Both beginners and pros take the fireflies out, so whether you have experience or not you get to have a go!
