History
Our club was founded in 1976 with a small number of boats moored in Walton Marina, close to Walton Bridge. We have never had a club house of our own, believing that as a boat club we should be out on the river at weekends, so our once monthly evening meetings have been held in a number of different venues – the Black Swan Sea Cadet headquarters, the Vandals Rugby club on Desborough Island and now at the Royal Naval Association in Hanworth.
