The university sailing calender is based around 5 main national events, organised by the British Universities Sailing Association (BUSA), which cover the core sailing disciplines, Fleet Racing, Team Racing, Match Racing and Yachting as well as a Ladies only Team Racing Championships. In between these the season is full of team racing events run by the individual universities.
