Glasson Sailing Club is based in the ancient Lancashire seaport of Glasson Dock on the estuary of the River Lune. Originally built to serve as the port for the City of Lancaster, Glasson provides harbourage for seagoing cargo ships, fishing boats, yachts and canal boats, the latter via the adjoining Lancaster canal.
