History
RHYC, is one of the oldest yacht clubs in Washington, having celebrated our centennial in 2006. We are a very active cruising yacht club, with approximately 200 members. Most members reside in the western Washington, with a few from other states as far away as Texas and New Jersey! RHYC schedules monthly cruises and events to various moorages in Puget Sound. We visit ports such as Roche Harbor, Poulsbo, Kingston, Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, Pleasant Harbor, Longbranch, Port Townsend, Dockton, Bremerton, Everett, Oak Harbor, Tacoma, and Lake Washington for events like St. Patrick's Day, Opening Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Parades and New Years. If you are looking for a club where the emphasis is on having fun in the beautiful surroundings of Puget Sound and the Pacific Northwest, you are welcome to visit us during one of our cruises.
