The Monroe Boat Club was founded November 8, 1945 by a merger of the Monroe Yacht Club and the Bolles Harbor Boat Club. The Monroe Yacht Club traces it roots back to 1886 as member of the Inter-Lake Yachting Association - ILYA. A Clubhouse with a lounge, food, and deepwater docks located 1/2mile from I75 and 1/4 mile from Lake Erie. Enjoy Lake Erie (Walleye capitol of the world) fishing, sailing and boating fun. MBC is open all year and offers many actiiviities all year long.
