History
Situated on the beautiful Toms River, Pine Beach Yacht Club offers easy access to swimming, fishing, sailing and power boating. For the serious racers, the Barnegat Bay is a quick sail eastward where each Saturday during the summer the Barnagat Bay Yacht Racing Association holds races for hundreds of sailboats in many different classes. PBYC holds it's own regattas throughout the season including the Sunday Race Series, the Flying Scot Regatta, and the Murphy Jug for auxiliaries. If sailing isn't your cup of tea, PBYC's social program is second to none. Some of the season's highlights include the Champagne Brunch, Annual Bike Hike, Commodore's Open House and a host of many other family oriented events.
