Nestled only twenty miles from the Capital Beltway Herring Bay Yacht Club (HBYC) offers one of the best traditions of a Chesapeake Yacht Club. Whether you enjoy fishing, recreational boating, or simply a relaxing weekend getaway, our members enjoy these luxuries and more. Our membership consists of dynamic groups of individuals of both power and sail boat owners from the Baltimore/Washington area and around the world. You will be part of a group of boaters who at any given time may be anchored out in Chesapeake Bay, cruising towards lunch in Annapolis or heading to Australia on a around the world trip.
