History
TYC is a friendly, informal yacht club with a wide range of activities including sailboat racing, cruising, junior sailing instruction, and social events. The Club is located on the Thames River with direct access to the Long Island and Fishers Island sounds. Facilities include a clubhouse, dock, launch, white sand beach, and large mooring area. We monitor VHF channel 71 whenever the Launch is running. Transients needing a mooring should contact the launch operator who will direct you to a suitable guest mooring.
