The Venture Yacht Club of San Diego is a friendly, family oriented club catering to all trailer sailors ~ new or experienced. There is something for every member of the family. We have approximately 65% participation at our meetings and 90% of the members are active in one way or another. We hold races regularly and race as a fleet with other clubs. The club plans at least one social or cruising event each month. We have an extensive video library, which is both educational and entertaining. The videos offer ideas on improving sailing skills, show blue water cruises and give tips on racing. The VYCSD is a member of the San Diego Association of Yacht Clubs.
