Saddington reservoir is situated in the picturesque South Leicestershire countryside between Leicester and Market Harborough. Its’ small but adequate size (approximately 45 acres surface area) makes it ideal for a base for a safe,family orientated sailing club with a friendly atmosphere. Due to the size of the reservoir the club is restricted to the number of boats it can accommodate. Never the less, there is still a range of boats sailed at the club to suit young and old, novice and experienced sailors. The classes of boats currently sailed here are Enterprise, Laser, Mirror, Topper and Optimist. The main fleets comprising of Enterprises and Lasers. The club will accept other classes should you be a boat owner and wish to join us.
