History
The club was founded in 1949 and our members have been sailing a variety of vessels in and around the Wash since then. We are a Royal Yachting Association affiliated members club, run by, and for the members, to promote the sport of sailing and social activities connected with it. Our current membership is just over 150, with a good mix of dinghy, catamaran, sail boarders and kite surfers. The club is conveniently located on the sea front in Hunstanton overlooking the Wash in a westerly direction giving some spectacular sunsets. The sailing is good too!! There is a full racing programme for all handicap boats with single handed, crewed mono-hull and catamaran series results. There is a new fleet of RS700 ’s which have their own starts.
