Frensham Pond Sailing Club is an RYA Recognised Teaching Establishment and offers top quality training in a safe, friendly and attractive environment. Our aim at Frensham is to introduce new people to our sport, promote membership and offer club members an opportunity to improve their skills. We are proud to be recognised by the RYA (Royal Yachting Association) as a Training Centre. To maintain this recognition we are inspected annually to ensure that we comply with the RYA's high standards regarding Safety, Child Protection, Quality of Instruction and Equipment. We take the responsibility of training seriously, an example of this is that our instructors are all RYA qualified and hold valid first aid certificates, but we also work hard to ensure that the courses are fun. However, we do reserve the right to send home any child who misbehaves during a course.
